You can cancel an order before it ships, at no cost.
Before dispatch
Email support@teemcw.com with your order number and the word “cancel” in the subject line. If the parcel has not yet been handed to the carrier, we cancel the order and refund the full amount, including shipping and tax, to your original payment method. Nothing is deducted.
Because we dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, cancellation requests sent within a few hours of ordering are almost always in time. We confirm by email either way.
After dispatch
Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot recall it. Refuse the delivery or accept it and start a return under our 30-day return policy. If you refuse delivery, the parcel comes back to us automatically and we refund on arrival, minus the original shipping cost.
Orders we cancel
Occasionally we cancel an order ourselves — a stock error, a pricing error, or a payment our processor flags. We email you the reason and refund in full the same day. We never part-ship an order and charge you for the rest.
