Shipping information

Everything about how an order reaches you: what it costs, how long each stage takes, and what happens when something goes wrong.

What shipping costs

Shipping is a flat $12.95 per order anywhere in the United States, however many items are in the basket. Orders of $800 or more ship free. The amount is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

Processing time

Orders are picked, checked and packed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. An order placed on a Friday evening begins processing on the following Monday.

You receive two emails: one confirming the order immediately, and one with tracking when the parcel leaves us.

Delivery

After dispatch, delivery within the United States takes 3 to 7 business days. Allow up to 10 business days in total from the moment you order.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers occasionally run late because of weather, customs volume or local delays, and none of that is within our control. What we do control is telling you promptly when we can see a parcel has stalled.

Where orders ship from

Goods leave our warehouse in Macau SAR and enter the United States as an international shipment. This matters for two reasons: it is why transit takes longer than a domestic order, and it means a parcel passes through customs.

Import duty and taxes are not collected by us at checkout. Most orders at our price points clear without a charge, but if the carrier does apply one it is payable by the recipient. We cannot predict or absorb it.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain box or mailer. There is no branding, no product imagery and no description of the contents anywhere on the outside. The sender name on the label is neutral and does not indicate what is inside or what kind of shop it came from.

Customs paperwork is a legal document and must describe the contents accurately. It is not visible in normal handling, but we will not falsify it.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves us. Carriers scan at each handover rather than continuously, so a gap of two or three days between updates is normal, particularly while a shipment is crossing a border.

If tracking has not moved for seven days, write to us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses, because the carriers we use for international parcels will not deliver to them.

Wrong address

We can correct an address while the order still shows Processing. Once it shows Completed the parcel has left us and the address is fixed. Tell us as soon as you spot a mistake and we will do what we can.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we email you at the address on the order. You can choose a re-send to a corrected address, or a full refund of the goods. Where the return was caused by an address error, the re-send carries the standard shipping charge again.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the box and the contents before doing anything else, then email us within 48 hours. We replace or refund damaged goods in full, including shipping, and we do not ask you to send the damaged item back at your own cost.
