2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or payment fails verification — and will refund any payment taken.
3. Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We try to keep pricing accurate; if we find a pricing error on an order, we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is taken when you place the order. Accepted methods are listed on the Payment Methods page.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs, methods and timeframes are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
Your return rights are set out in the Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Warranty
Every watch carries a 24-month warranty as described on the Warranty page. This is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can, using manufacturer specifications. Colours may render differently on screen. Minor variations that do not affect function or value are not defects.
9. Intellectual property
Content on the Site — text, photographs, logos — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names are the property of their respective owners.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of King County, Washington, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
