30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the carrier confirms delivery. The item must be unused, unworn and returned with all original packaging, tags and included accessories.
How to request a return
- Email support@teemcw.com with the order number, item name and reason for return.
- Wait for a return authorization and the correct return address. Do not send an item to our business office unless instructed.
- Package the item securely and use a trackable service.
Return shipping costs
For an incorrect, damaged or materially misdescribed item, TEEMCW provides the return method and pays reasonable return shipping costs. For a change-of-mind or fit preference return, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refund timing
We inspect returned items within 3 business days after receipt. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions typically post refunds within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is caused by our error or a defective item.
Exchanges and cancellations
We do not offer direct exchanges; return the eligible item and place a new order. Cancellation requests are accepted before fulfillment begins, but cannot be guaranteed after processing starts.
