How do I pick the right size?
Each product page lists the available size range (US and/or EU). Check the Size Guide to convert between US, EU and foot length in inches/cm. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up — printed canvas and mesh styles run true-to-size to slightly narrow.
Are the shoes really made per order?
Yes. Nothing is pre-stocked. When you order, the design is printed onto the shoe material and your pair is assembled by hand at one of our production partners’ facilities. That’s why production takes 1–3 business days before shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — before production begins (usually within 12 hours of ordering). Email support@teemcw.com right away with your order number.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free. Every U.S. order ships free with tracking.
How long until my shoes arrive?
Production 1–3 business days, then delivery 7–12 business days — so typically 8–15 business days door to door. Full details: Shipping & Delivery.
What if my order never arrives?
If your order hasn’t been delivered within 30 days of purchase, we’ll reship it free or refund you in full — your choice. The only exception: packages lost because the address entered at checkout was wrong or incomplete aren’t covered, so please double-check your address when ordering.
Where do orders ship from?
From the production partner facility that makes your model — some are in the United States, some overseas. Our delivery estimates already include this, and every order has tracking either way.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not at the moment. U.S. addresses only, including PO boxes.
Returns & problems
What if my shoes arrive damaged, misprinted or not as described?
Email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice, no return postage needed. See Returns & Refunds.
Can I return shoes that just don’t fit?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging. You pay return postage; we refund the full product price. Email us first for the return address.
Product & care
How do I clean printed shoes?
Spot-clean with a soft brush, mild soap and cold water. Air-dry away from direct heat. Don’t machine-wash or tumble-dry — it shortens the life of both the print and the sole.
Will the print fade?
The designs are printed with sublimation/direct-print methods made for footwear. With normal wear and proper care, prints stay vivid for the life of the shoe. Prolonged direct sunlight and machine washing accelerate fading.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards — see Payment Methods. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection; we never store card numbers.
