Yes. A plain box or mailer, no branding, no imagery, no description of the contents, and a neutral sender name on the label.
What appears on my statement?

How long does delivery take?
Dispatch takes within 1 to 3 business days and delivery a further 3 to 7 business days within the United States.
Can I return something?
Unopened items, within 30 days. Opened intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived faulty.
How do I clean my product?
Warm water and a mild, unscented cleanser before and after each use. Dry fully and store somewhere cool and dry.
Which lubricant should I use?
Water-based lubricant is compatible with everything we sell. Silicone lubricant can damage silicone items.
Do you keep my card details?
No. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
