Who we share data with
Only what’s necessary, only to fulfil your order:
- Production partners — receive your name and shipping address printed on the shipping label of your made-to-order item.
- Shipping carriers — receive your name, address and email/phone for delivery updates.
- Payment processor — handles your payment; we receive only a confirmation and the last 4 digits.
- Hosting and email providers — store our site and mail on secure infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Ever.
Cookies
We use essential cookies that make the cart and checkout work (WooCommerce session cookies). These are strictly necessary and don’t track you across other websites.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law (typically 7 years in the U.S.). Support emails are kept for up to 2 years. You can ask us to delete data we’re not legally required to keep at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to: access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it (where legally possible), or export it. Depending on where you live (e.g. California CCPA, EU/UK GDPR), you may have additional statutory rights. To exercise any of these, email support@teemcw.com — we respond within 30 days.
Children
We sell kids’ shoes, but the store is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with an updated date. Significant changes will be flagged on the homepage.
