We want you to be happy with your watch. If it is not right, you can return it.
30-day return window
You may return any watch within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, provided that:
- The watch is unworn and in the same condition you received it;
- All original packaging, tags, manuals and spare links are included;
- Protective stickers on the case back and clasp have not been removed.
Watches showing signs of wear (scratches, stretched straps, removed stickers) may be refused or subject to a restocking deduction of up to 15%, which we will tell you about before processing.
How to return
- Email support@teemcw.com with your order number and the reason for return. We reply within one business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return label.
- Pack the watch securely in its original box, inside an outer shipping box.
- Attach the label and drop the parcel at any carrier location. Keep your drop-off receipt.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2 business days of arrival), we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit.
Original shipping charges are refunded if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item). For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are not refunded, but the return label is free.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different model or strap, place a new order and return the original for a refund. This gets you the replacement fastest.
Defective or wrong items
If a watch arrives defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a prepaid label and either replace the item or refund you in full, including any shipping charges. Defects found after 30 days are handled under our Warranty.

- Watches that have been resized, engraved or otherwise customised at your request
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Email us as soon as possible — orders often ship the same day.
