Payment methods

These are the ways you can pay for an order. Only methods we can actually accept are listed here.

What we accept

• Credit / Debit Cards

PayPal covers both a PayPal balance and a card paid through PayPal. Card payments accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How payment is handled

Card details are entered on our payment provider systems and are never stored by us. We receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last few digits of the card, nothing more. There is no card number on our servers to lose.

What appears on your statement

A neutral trading name. It does not describe what you bought, and it does not identify the category of goods.

Currency

All prices are in US dollars and include every charge shown at checkout. If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and a foreign transaction fee. That is between you and your bank; we never see it.

When you are charged

At the moment you place the order, not at dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order after taking payment, we refund it in full.

If a payment is declined

We are not told why. Banks decline for many reasons: an address that does not match, a daily limit, or a routine fraud check on a new merchant. Check the billing address matches your card statement exactly, then try again or use a different method. If it keeps failing, contact your bank first, then write to us at support@teemcw.com.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We issue them within five business days of a return arriving and being checked. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Shipping charges

Shipping is a flat .95 per order, and free on orders of $800 or more. The amount is shown at checkout before you pay, never added afterwards.

Security

The whole site runs over HTTPS and payment is processed by our provider over an encrypted connection. We do not ask for card details by email or by phone, and we never will.
