What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and, if you give it, a phone number for delivery updates. We also keep a record of what you ordered.
Payment
Card details are entered on our payment provider’s systems and are never stored by us. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last few digits of the card.
Why we keep it
To deliver your order, to answer questions about it, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the carrier that delivers your parcel and our payment provider. We do not sell your data, and we do not share what you bought with anyone else.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@teemcw.com.
