Teemcw is a small online retailer selling personal wellness products in the United States. This page says who we are, how we work, and what we will not claim.
What we do
We select and sell personal wellness products. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer: we do not design or make what we sell, and we do not pretend otherwise. What we bring is selection, honest description, and delivery that respects your privacy.
How we choose what to sell
Three things decide whether a product makes the range: the material is body-safe and non-porous, the finish is good enough to hold in the hand without irritation, and the item does what its description says. Anything that fails one of those is not listed.
What we promise
- Plain packaging on every order. No branding, no imagery, a neutral sender name.
- Honest descriptions. Measurements and materials as given by the supplier, with no invented specifications.
- Clear pricing. The price you see is the price you pay, with shipping stated before checkout.
- Support from people. Answered by email, usually within one business day.
What we will not claim
We do not make medical claims. Nothing we sell is a medical device, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified clinician rather than to a shop.
We do not claim certifications we do not hold, awards we have not won, or customer numbers we cannot evidence. A page full of badges is easy to make and means nothing.
Privacy
We do not sell customer data. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of what you look at here. The only parties who learn anything about your order are the carrier that delivers it and the provider that processes the payment, and each learns only what they need.
Where we operate
Our business address is in Tampa, Florida. Orders ship from our warehouse in Macau SAR, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic parcel. Both addresses are in the footer, labelled distinctly, because the difference matters to you.
