Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026These terms govern your use of teemcw.com and every purchase you make here. By placing an order you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and readable.
1. Who you’re buying from

2. What we sell
Made-to-order, custom-printed footwear. Products are produced individually after you order, by our production partners in the United States and overseas. Product pages describe materials, size ranges and expected production and delivery times. Because items are printed to order, minor variations in print placement or color rendering versus your screen can occur; substantial defects are covered by our return policy.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in USD. The price shown at checkout — product price, free U.S. shipping, and no Montana sales tax — is the final amount charged. Payment is due at the time of order. See Payment Methods.
4. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund orders in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or address problems we can’t resolve with you.
5. Delivery
Production takes 1–3 business days, U.S. delivery a further 7–12 business days. If an order is not delivered within 30 days of purchase, we will reship it free of charge or refund it in full, at your choice. This guarantee does not apply where loss results from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer — in that case the customer bears the loss (if the carrier returns the package to us, we will offer reshipment, and a reshipping fee may apply). Full details are in Shipping & Delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellations, returns and claims
You may cancel free of charge before production starts. Items that arrive damaged, defective or not as described must be reported within 7 days of delivery and will be reshipped free or refunded in full. For change-of-mind returns you have 30 days from delivery under the conditions in Returns & Refunds. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you hold.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, product photos, text and branding on this site belong to TEEMCW or are licensed to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Montana, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place an order applies to that order.
