These terms apply to every visit to teemcw.com and every order placed on it. They are written to be read: if anything is unclear, ask us before you buy.

Who we are

This website is operated by Teemcw, 1210 E Busch Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612, United States (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@teemcw.com.

What we sell

We sell new Timex watches as an independent retailer. We buy stock and resell it; we are not an authorised dealer of Timex or of any other watch brand, and we make no claim of affiliation with or endorsement by any manufacturer. Brand names and model names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the goods.

Specifications are published as supplied by the manufacturer. Photographs show the model listed, but colours can look slightly different from screen to screen.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards. Import duty and local taxes outside the United States are not included and are payable by the recipient — see the shipping policy.

If a price is shown in error we will tell you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Orders

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order; the contract is formed when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is no longer available, a price or description is wrong, or a payment is flagged as fraudulent — and in that case we refund any payment in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through the methods shown there. Card details are entered on our payment provider’s systems and never reach our servers.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery is governed by our shipping policy, returns and refunds by our returns & refunds page, and the two-year movement warranty is described there too. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Using this website

The text, layout and graphics of this website are ours and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Product photographs and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the order was placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one shown on this page when the order was placed.
