Every order ships tracked from Hong Kong. Preparation takes 1–3 business days, then 3–7 business days in transit. Shipping is a flat $25 per order and free on orders over $800 — the threshold applies to your cart total, so several watches can reach it together.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any watch for a full refund — no reason needed. It must be unworn and in its original box with tags, manual and accessories.

Email us first and we reply with the return address in Florida. Return postage is paid by you on a change of mind, and by us if the watch arrived faulty or the wrong item was sent. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Returns policy

Two years against defects in the movement, starting from the delivery date: the movement stops, runs erratically or loses excessive time, a hand comes loose or a function stops working. We pay the return postage and repair or replace the watch.

Not covered: water damage, accidental damage, drops and impacts, normal wear to straps, crystals and finishes, and batteries.
