Returns are the part of overseas shopping that catches people out, so here is exactly how ours work, including the part that costs you money.
You get 30 days from delivery
The window is 30 calendar days counted from the day FedEx records delivery, not from the day you ordered. A return window that starts while the parcel is still in the air is not a real thirty days.
Email us before you send anything
Contact support@teemcw.com with your order number first. We reply within two business days with a return authorisation. Parcels that arrive without one cannot be matched to an order, and that is a genuine problem rather than a policy technicality.
The return goes back to Hong Kong
This is the part worth reading twice. Returns go to the warehouse the order shipped from, in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. Posting a parcel from the United States to Hong Kong costs more than a domestic return, and for a change-of-mind return that cost is yours.
Neither of our US addresses accepts returns. They are correspondence addresses and a parcel sent there will not reach the warehouse.
When we pay instead
If the item is wrong, damaged or materially different from its description, we provide the return method and cover reasonable return shipping. That is our error and it should not cost you anything.
Refunds
We inspect within three business days of the parcel arriving and refund to the original payment method. Banks usually post it within five to ten business days. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping is refunded only where the return was caused by our error.
If the return cost matters to your decision, ask us before you buy. We would rather answer that question early than process an unhappy return.
