The honest answer is five to twelve business days, and the reason it is a range rather than a number is worth explaining, because a shop that gives you one confident number is usually guessing.

Two clocks, not one
Your order runs on two separate clocks. The first is handling: the time between you paying and the parcel physically leaving our warehouse in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. That takes two to four business days. It covers picking the bag, checking it against your order, packing it and handing it to FedEx.
The second clock is transit: FedEx carrying the parcel from Hong Kong to your address. That is three to eight business days for United States addresses.
Add them together and you get five to twelve business days. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays, so an order placed on a Friday afternoon does not start its handling clock until Monday.
Why we ship from Hong Kong
Our stock sits in Hong Kong because that is where our supplier warehousing is. We are a one-person operation and we do not run a second warehouse in the United States. This means every order to a US address is an international shipment, and we would rather say that plainly on the product page than let you discover it from the tracking.
What tracking will show you
You get a FedEx tracking number by email the moment FedEx accepts the parcel, not when we create the label. Those are different events and the gap between them is why some shops appear to sit on an order for days. You can also look the order up yourself on our Track Order page using your order number and the email you used at checkout, with no account needed.
When it goes wrong
Customs inspections, weather and regional disruption all add days and none of them are predictable. If your parcel stops moving we will tell you what the tracking record actually says. We will not invent a delivery date to make you feel better, and we will not tell you it has shipped when it has not.
