All orders ship from our facility in Seattle, Washington, United States. We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) are processed the same day. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.
Shipping options and cost

Delivery estimates count from the dispatch date, not the order date. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories uses the Standard method and may take up to 10 business days.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment the carrier scans your parcel. You can also find it under My Account → Orders.
Signature and insurance
Every shipment is insured in full for its purchase value. Orders over $300 require a signature on delivery.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a second shipping charge may apply.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email support@teemcw.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or refund you in full — you will not be left waiting on the carrier.
