How It Works

TEEMCW shoes are made to order — nothing is pre-made, nothing sits in a warehouse. Here’s exactly what happens between your click and your doorstep.

Step 1 — You order (Day 0)

Pick a model and your size. Sizes run from US 5–15 / EU 36–49 depending on the style; the exact range is on each product page. Not sure? Use the size guide or email us. You’ll get an order confirmation by email immediately.

Step 2 — Production (1–3 business days)

Your order goes to one of our production partners, where the design is printed onto the shoe material, then cut, stitched and assembled into your pair. Facilities are located in the United States and overseas depending on the model. Because each pair is made individually, small variations in print placement can occur — that’s normal for print-on-demand, and major defects are always covered by our return policy.

Step 3 — Shipping (7–12 business days, free in the U.S.)

When your pair leaves the facility you get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Standard U.S. shipping is free on every order. Typical transit time is 7–12 business days; our delivery estimates already account for models that ship from overseas facilities.

Step 4 — Wear it (or let us fix it)

If anything is wrong when your order arrives — damage, a defect, or an item that doesn’t match its description — report it within 7 days of delivery and we’ll reship it free or refund you in full. Change of mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn shoes. And if an order simply never shows up within 30 days, you get a free reshipment or a full refund. Total timeline at a glance

Production 1–3 business days + delivery 7–12 business days = typically 8–15 business days door to door. Ordering for a specific date? Email support@teemcw.com first and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’ll make it.

Can I cancel?

Yes — as long as production hasn’t started. Email us as soon as possible after ordering (within 12 hours is safest) and we’ll cancel and refund in full. Once your pair is in production we can no longer cancel it, but the 30-day return policy still applies after delivery.
