Returns & Refunds
Last updated: July 4, 2026Simple rules, no games: problems with your order are fixed with a free reshipment or a full refund. Here’s exactly how it works.
Damaged, defective or not as described — reship or refund, free
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, a clearly misaligned or flawed print, doesn’t match the product description or photos, or you received the wrong item or size (our error), email support@teemcw.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice, and we aim to resolve every claim within a few business days. You don’t pay return shipping; in most cases you won’t need to send the item back at all.
Order never arrived — reship or refund
If your order hasn’t been delivered within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we’ll send a free reshipment or issue a full refund — your choice. One exception: packages lost because the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t covered (see Shipping & Delivery).
Change of mind or wrong size — returns accepted
Ordered the wrong size or simply don’t love them? You can still return within 30 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Because each pair is made to order specifically for you:
- You cover the return shipping cost to the return facility we designate.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we refund the full product price to your original payment method.
- For size exchanges, the fastest route is a return + new order; email us and we’ll walk you through it.
How to start a return or claim
- Email support@teemcw.com — within 7 days of delivery for damage/defect/not-as-described claims, or within 30 days of delivery for change-of-mind returns. Include your order number and the reason (photos required for damage/defect claims).
- We reply within 1 business day with either an immediate resolution (for defects) or return authorization and the correct return address. Please don’t ship anything without authorization — unauthorized packages sent to our business address can’t be processed.
- Ship the item back with tracking (for change-of-mind returns).
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before production starts (usually within 12 hours of ordering). After production begins we can’t cancel, but the 30-day return policy above still applies once your order arrives.
What’s not covered
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Damage/defect claims reported more than 7 days after delivery.
- Worn, washed or altered items (except manufacturing defects).
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Damaged / defective / not as described → report within 7 days of delivery → free reship or full refund. Not delivered within 30 days → free reship or full refund (unless the address you gave was wrong). Changed your mind → return unworn within 30 days, you pay return postage, full product refund.
