Shipping & Delivery
Last updated: July 4, 2026This policy applies to all orders placed on teemcw.com. Short version: shipping is free in the U.S., your pair is made first (1–3 business days), then delivered (7–12 business days), with tracking.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only (all 50 states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO where the carrier allows). We don’t ship internationally at this time.

There are no hidden handling fees. The price on the product page plus applicable tax (Montana charges no state sales tax) is the total you pay.
Production time comes first
Every TEEMCW product is made to order. Before your order ships, it’s printed and assembled, which takes 1–3 business days. This means total time from order to delivery is typically 8–15 business days. This isn’t a delay — it’s how made-to-order works, and we’d rather you know before you buy.
Tracking
You’ll receive two emails: an order confirmation right after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order leaves the production facility. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan. Depending on the model, orders ship from partner facilities in the United States or overseas; either way, your tracking link shows the full journey.
If your order is late or never arrives
If your tracking hasn’t moved for 10 days, email support@teemcw.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier. If your order hasn’t been delivered within 30 days of purchase, you’re covered by our delivery guarantee: we’ll send a free reshipment or issue a full refund — your choice.
Wrong address — please double-check
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before the order ships.
Important: if a package is lost because the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, this is the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by our delivery guarantee — we cannot refund or reship for free in that case. If the carrier returns the package to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you and reship it once you confirm the correct address (a reshipping fee may apply).
Split shipments
If you order multiple pairs, they may ship separately from different facilities. You’ll get a tracking number for each shipment, and you never pay extra for split shipping.
