Where orders ship from
TEEMCW currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Dispatch location can vary by item, and the carrier tracking record identifies the actual shipment origin. Our Austin address is our business and customer-support address; it is not presented as a customer pickup location.
Processing and transit
Orders are reviewed and processed in 2–4 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 3–8 business days. The estimated total time from order to delivery is generally 5–12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping cost and tracking
Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $6.95 per order. The cost is shown before payment at checkout. A tracking link is emailed when the carrier accepts the shipment. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping charge.
Address changes and delays
Contact support@teemcw.com immediately after ordering if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment starts. Carrier weather events and regional disruptions can affect estimates; we will use tracking evidence to help investigate a delayed package.
